Time For Luxury Link Customer Survey?

michael_choe_ll....isn't it about time to send out a new survey to your customers? We appreciated the opportunity of participating in the last survey (year or so ago....maybe more). We assume some of the collective input you gained was useful in developing new strategies, destinations, duration of packages, inclusive perks, and other related blah, blah, blah!

Any other Community Members interested in participating in a survey for the LL Team.

Good ideas are frequently developed through sampling.

Yes, I received the survey last year. It was short and only had a few questions, as I recall. I agree, it probably would be a good idea for LL to poll us on several subjects. One or two questions could focus on how the new platform is perform compared to the old one.

JetBlue is very good about sending frequent and brief surveys. I am surprised Luxury Link doesn't do the same.

Survey are an excellent tool for learning more about what you are doing 'wrong,' what your are doing 'right' and getting early feed back on changes you are considering.

I have to agree with mountie, Luxury Link really needs to get some honest feedback on how the changes in the platform has impacted participation in the VIP Community.

I vaguely remember a survey, but as many of you said, it was not memorable, and I don't recall much about it. I think, there was also some sort of survey before the Family GetAway site was introduced. Yes, I think a LL survey would be a good idea. I would happily participate.

Maybe Luxury Link does send out surveys and our names and email aren't on the blast.
