I think I still have some in a drawer at my other house. Yrs ago I had one in the glovebox. The Canadian Border Patrol opened it and gave it a long sniff...guess they were looking for drugs?
Well, I knew it was ok; they did give it back.
I like pill containers. My pharmacy gives me extras for travel. I also use small travel containers I get in assorted packs at Big Lots (best travel size items!)"wherever you go, there you are"

We keep old film canisters - they do come in handy. Also use the sunscreen towels and I have these pop up towels that expand when they get wet - I was amazed how much we use these in our travels!
Also get stuff from this web site minimus.com - a great site for little packets of food, toilet articles and all kinds of stuffRoam if you want to, roam around the world...........

That site is minimus.biz.
minimus.com is a Latin mouse! (cute, too!)
OMG--I just found this item:
Poo-Pourri Odor Eliminator - 5 ml tester - for all your travel size needs
What a brilliant name! (I fill my Big Lots atomizer with commercial product. I shall begin calling it by their brand)
By the way, it also comes in a British version, Loo-Pourri and Doody Free, Heavy Doody, Deja Poo and more...I'm crying as I type! Potty humor!!Last edited by kyshel; 01-23-2013 at 07:01 AM.

Interesting K!
I just got a tip to bring clothes pins on my trip to the Galapagos...interesting...never thought about that one.
I did get very tiny containers from Clinique. (I guess they put powder in them?) I use them for spices for our trip to Virgin Gorda and Anguilla. (we do most of our own cooking.)

Use the tiny Clinique containers. They are tiny though. Just go to any Clinique department of your major department store. They freely give them up! Or, I get the little zip jewelry plastic bags. Theyt he are very small and zip shut. Love these for spices also!

I buy packs of little plastic bags at Michael's or Hobby Lobby (love their coupons!) and use them for gifting spices and herbs all the time. I mail order from Penzeys and split up excess to share.
I used to premix spices for certain dished and gift them with a copy of the recipe. Or mix sea salt and pepper to take on trips. I could see premixing meat rubs, too. Easy to take without too many containers."wherever you go, there you are"
