travel insurance
Has anyone used STA (Student Travel Association) insurance? I used it last year - it is way cheaper than any other travel insurance I could find - but did not have to file a claim.
If you have had experience with them or know of others please let me know.
Thanks mucho.

Re: travel insurance
Hi Alice,
Our friends on their last trip over to Paris used SOSInternational.com since they have an ailing parent and were worried they might have to fly home unexpectely. It covers a variety of incidents. You might want to check it out.

Hi freebird,
I like this website: http://www.insuremytrip.com
You can enter your trip, then compare different options and make your purchase there also. I usually use the Travelex, TraveLite. But there are lots of choices.

Re: travel insurance
Hi Disneygal
Have you ever insured one of the auction packages you have purchased from LL. I know you can buy insurance from the site ( I find it very expensive), but I am wondering if the package is bought on auction, can we buy insurance to cover the price we paid for the package from any travel insurance. Do you know if that can work?
