I just noticed that the preview auction on LL is the same one listed in Travel & Leisure this month.(Aqua Expeditions.) Very nice description of the property and also sounds like a different way to travel. They say that these river cruises are becoming more popular and luxurious. The Aqua will have a premier chef, naturalists on board, and unique decor. Sounds great.

I wonder how many life boats they have. I'd hate to wind up as a meal.

Just saw the offered price--considering the luxury level, what's included--$300/day/pax is an excellent buy. The 12 cabins look lovely and certainly far roomier than many small river boats. As soon as anyone goes on either the short trips or the full week--let us know! I'm hoping to get the copy of TL this week--dying to see the article.
