I would love to do the Amazing Race but I never see anything in the news, etc. on how to apply - it would be fun

I am now addicted to An Idiot Abroad on BBC - great location shots and the "idiot" is very funny. I just caught the 1st 4 episodes "on demand" through Comcast. The "idiot" has so far gone to Israel & Jordan, Mexico, Cairo and Brazil and has many adventures.
It is a Ricky Gervais show if anyone is familiar with him and the "idiot" is a friend of his who has never really traveled before so Ricky thought it would be interesting to send him off to see the wonders of the world and see what happens.
