tripadvisor Top 25 Destinations in the World - How Many Have You Been To?

Tripadvisor just released their Travelers' Choice 2012 top 25 destinations in the world. How many have you been to? I've been to 17. I haven't been to Marrakech, Siem Reap (my wife was there last summer), Buenos Aires (I was in Mendoza last fall), Beijing, Bora Bora, Shanghai, Cape Town (if I had won the South Africa contest) or Dublin.

Only been to 3 - suprised that Argentina is the only Latin American destination - no Peru - Machu Pichu, no Amazon - what is up with that!

thepiranha--I know!! I thought about that, too! I've been to Fez, no Marrakech and Venice and Pisa, but not Florence--so close, but no cigar!

Since this was a travellers choice pick for the top destinations in the world, I figure I must not be the "usual" kind of traveller - if I was voting, quite a few of these spots would not have been my top 25 world destinations.

I've been to 13 and 7 of them are on my To Do List.

I'm at 12! This was a very U.S. centered list. Cape Town is #1 on my to-do list!
