Re: User Feed Back System
Hi LB and O:
I would agree LBrown that feedback would be able to be placed by people who purchased an auction, because the thing with travelers is if they do have a really bad experience they feel it necessary to sabotage a resort with posts on many different websites. I think tripadvisor is a great place for those types of posts because they do not actually sell trips on that site. For LL to allow feedback from only people who purchased through them would make sense because there would be less "gatekeeping" that way and it would be more of an Ebay model where you "buy" and then get your one opportunity to rate the product or transaction. As for general discussions about resorts, that is what the LL community blog area is for and can allow everyone.

Re: User Feed Back System
7 & lhb....let's see if we develop any additional input from other LL Community Members on this thread. At this point, and granted we may be a bit premature, it appears that those of us whosurf LL offerings, have some common motivation(s), certainly those of us who place the winning bids and visit the properties [or in the case of LuxeLife, use the purchased item], have first hand experience....so I believe we qualify to share our "Feed Back" with other potential LL bidders and buyers. LL and the properties both gain (as well as future auction participants), if everything is correctly represented.enewseven wrote:

Re: User Feed Back System
I think it's a great idea. I also study TripAdvisor and a number of other sites to read every review I can possibly find before making a purchase. Yeah, I think many of us are a little *bleep*! It would be very useful to have reviews specifically from those who have purchaseda LL package for the property. This audience is a little different from the mainstream - I think the point of reference from this group would be very helpful.

Re: User Feed Back System
disneygal....ifLL is willing to set up and operatea "User Feed Back System" then I believe the perspective changes for all potential future LL auctionbidders. In most, if not all cases, I'm more interested in what "participants" have to say on a subject than listening to a "pundit" on the same subject.disneygal wrote:
