VIP certificates

Wouldn't it be great if we were able to keep track of our VIP gift certificates in our My Account tab?

That would be great - I periodically call them and ask which one of mine is still valid since I use multiple certs when I combine packages - I always forget which ones I used!

I keep an excel spreadsheet with the cert info, including a date used field. Since they're so important to me, I want to keep track of them.

You're far more organized than I am, jmbklj! I occasionally call Luxury Link to see which certificates are available so I don't let them expire.

I have had occasion where I had to call LL to be sure to use the oldest of my LL VIP Certificates, so it would not go to waste. For the most part, I print my certificates and keep them in a folder, so I can easily refer back to them. The suggestion to keep them on "MY ACCOUNT" is a good one and it would help eliminate phone calls to LL.
