What About Your Holidays Travel?

I have off the week between Christmas & New Years - a University perk! However, travel is so expensive during this week so we rarely go anywhere. One year I was lucky to win a trip to Paris during this week so we did spend New Year's in Paris and had so much fun. Would love to travel during this week but airfare tends to be so expensive and everything is so crowded ;-(

Also, the eternal child in me tries to make it back to Disney World/Epcot during late November or early December.

Why? Well, there are few places, if any, that really do the Christmas season better.

denise, it's the only time and place during the year we don't mind crowds....in a way, the more people, the more festive the Epcot Candlelight Processional seems to us. Dinner reservations and a reserved seat for the presentation ensure a fun and entertaining evening.

Just do a search for Epcot Candlelight Processional and you should find it. btw, I drove by the Marenas Resort and Spa in Sunny Isles this afternoon on my way back north from a meeting....the snowbirds have started to arrive, so the area is a bit crowded and the road traffic is moving slowly.
