What makes a great hotel experience? Pier 5 shows the way.....

We are heading to Pier 5 at Baltimore, MD. We have stayed there a few times with the pup. Yesterday, I received a lovely night from the concierge, Jill, checking to see if we needed anything such as reservations, tours, etc....what a great proactive measure!! I was so tickled to actually experience customer service prior to checking in! The best part is that she remembered the pup and was looking forward to her visit! KUDOS!! (PS-Pier 5 is a Family Getaway property-I never seem to read too much on our boards about the Family Getaway properties.)

I think you would love it (or their sister property, Admiral Fell's Inn.) Very nice service and great assistance from the concierge staff. Nice cocktail hour and "crabby" hour also. Lots of fun!

Amazing service! To celebrate my birthday, they had cupcakes and wine!!!! What more does a girl need! Empress and Jill at Pier 5 are amazing. Thank you to them.!!!!!!
