I'm going to vote for Mexico in that it is easy to get to, they still love Americans and you can always find someone who speaks English. Just stay away from Cauncun where everything costs a fortune. The USD is still strong and nothing is that costly to begin with. I have been to Cancun, Merida and Puebla in the lastcouple ofyears. I've been to Merida about five or six times. The first time to Cancun was a LL property which stillhas not opened since Hurricane Wilma - Casa Turquesa. It was beautiful. LL doesn'thave any properties in Merida. You can eatwell in Merida for $20.00 per person.Same with Puebla. Both cities have free entertainment at night.

Vietnam is a great place for the American Dollar. I have seen one or two LL packages in the beach resort areas.

Vietnam is so cheap it is almost ridiculous. Take a lot of singles. You can use them in place of Dongs most places. They are actually preferable.
