I did even email Dena back for a copy and expiration. They are not able to send it again but will be fixing that part of the system. She gave me the expiration date-7/12/13. Very strange.

I too did not receive Dena's e-mail regarding the certificate. I just e-mailed her to have her send me the certificate. Hopefully, this oversight will get straightened out shortly.
No email for me - I am guessing they all expire on 7/12/13. I think I have my number from a previous email I sent to Dena
