I had the same title under Bart Jensens's name a while ago. However, on a recent e-mail, his title was VP of Operations. I guess there have been some changes.Quote:

Oh OK - since I rarely contact the concierges I did not really read that thread.
Either way if I do not get an emai, I just send LL an email and someone usually responds.
I don't think any email ever went out with the last quarter certificates.
Only the list went out. I had to get my individual GC from emailing the concierge staff. That action was prompted by community suggestion--thanks again to this group of sharing "advisers"!
