Who has used the most Luxury Link packages in one trip?

I'm heading to Italy very soon and I purchased four Luxury Link packages for our trip of almost three weeks. Has anybody purchased more packages for one trip and if so, where was your trip, how many packages did you buy, and where did you stay?

We bought a two night stay at the Abano Grand Hotel (Abano Terme), three nights at Hotel Posta (Reggio Emilia), two nights at Bagni di Pisa (Pisa), and two nights at the Park Hotel Villa Grazioli (Grottaferrata). We're also staying two nights at the Renaissance Tuscany Il Ciococco Resort in Barga. My wife and I each have a Marriott credit card that gives us a free night. Still looking for reservations in Venice and Florence.

Looking forward to some great pasta and barolo!

Those all look like wonderful properties! We recently "Luxury Linked" two properties for our August getaway. Villa Le Maschere - Barberino di Mugello, Italy and La Bonne Etape - Chateau Arnoux, France. We loved them both and consider them to be of great value for money. If you don't mind being 45 minutes out of Florence I would highly recommend Villa Le Maschere for a true Tuscany villa experience. Enjoy your travel and savor Italy!

We are LLing two properties in December for Argentina......I think you (the p) have linked the most packages together!!!! Super LLing!!!

I think yours were really great buys! Did you use VIP GC's on them?

The most I ever did for 1 trip was 3 which I do fairly frequently since we always do a 2 week trip in March.
Have fun - if I was doing a 3-4week trip, I would probably mange to cobble together 4 packages too!

The minimum number of nights for Villa Le Maschere was four and they didn't have four consecutive nights available at any time that we were going to be in Italy. They told me that there were a few groups that had booked the entire hotel. It looks like a beautiful place!

I would have bought another package if I had known that I was tied for the record :).

I used G.C.'s for all four properties. Nine nights, breakfast for two every morning, three dinners, a spa treatment for two, 100 euro spa credit, a tour, three bottles of wine . . . all for under $1,000. I'm not going to want to come home!

Keep looking--maybe something new will surface! Did you check FamilyGetaway? You can use those for 2 people...

Do you want to be on the islands for Venice? Or a short 1E bus ride to get there?

Wow, 4 packages is pretty good. So far I'm up to 2 for my up upcoming trip to Bali/Thailand. I was going to purchase a 3rd but I missed it and the auction went away. Darn! Very much looking forward to the 2 hotels in Bali though :)

We'd prefer to be near the center, but we don't mind busing or waterbusing into town.
