Thanks for the reminder. We'll get busy and select tickets for the festival.

Maybe we'll go for a couple of days, since there are several seminars and parties that look good. We'll skip the Grand Tasting on Saturday and Sunday...just too crowded.

We will be off to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany and Ehrwald, Austria for the month of February to do some skiing. Unfortunately, there are no LL packages in the area. Would love to see LL come through with some more packages in Germany and Austria.

Although winter technically has not begun I consider my week stay here in Miami for Art Basel an escape of sorts.

Wonderful! We will be in Miami with an LL package just before Christmas and will miss the Art Basil Event. Bad planning on our Part....

LL_Travelfan, I love visiting Miami, especially in the late Fall, Winter and early Sprin, when the weather is great. There are always so many things to do. Art Basel has been fantastic so far and we are only half way through the week. I am sure you will find plenty to do during your trip.

LL_Travelfn, Hope I'm not too late with my answers. I like the Wynwood area of Miami and one of my favorite new restaurants is Egg & Dart 4029 North Miami Ave. There are a lot of interesting museums in Miami, but I usually roam around the art galleries in the Wynwood neighborhood.
