Delta runs promotions now and then--usually holiday periods. Sometimes they offer 1/2 price.

Yes, Delta provided free wifi for flights in Nov & Dec. I think it was like their holiday gift to customers.

Wow...missed all those free wifi promotions. AA has a promotion; 5 at 5. If you fly domestic from 5-6pm, drinks are $5. Haven't had any deals of free internet on AA or USair.

I hope I never have to share an airplane seat with someone pounding away on a keyboard sending and receiving emails or surfing the web. Just give me a window seat and let me get some rest on flights!
