I recently bought one auction and didn't even know about the concierge "booking service" (not sure about the timing of the 2) so it really didn't matter. I'd already tentatively "reserved" the dates prior to purchase, like a good little luxurylinker....

Worth the extra $10 to me to have someone else handle the logistics!! This is extremely helpful for foreign travel and the communications issue. I am happy to have someone work on my behalf!!
