Wyndham Resorts - Anybody know anything about them?

I won a five night package at any Wyndham Resort in the continental U.S. in a Facebook contest. I've never stayed at a Wyndham, so I'm wondering if anybody else has. If so, what do you think? Good, bad or indifferent?

WOW....So LUCKY!! I have stayed at Wyndham airport hotels but never a resort. Any ideas which region you would visit? Nice to know someone who won a trip!

Another win!! How exciting!
I've stayed at their resorts in Carib and Mexico. Below Hilton and Marriott, above Ramada and Holiday Inn Resorts. It's been a while and our stays were all-inclusive. I'm sure they'll be great stays. So many chains are boosting mediocre images by spiffing up amenities and facilities.
You can't go wrong unless you pick a crappy location! Where are you thinking? Make sure you join their rewards program now so you get the perks they offer with membership. Tell us what you decide--we'll be wondering.

Not sure where we're going yet. The prize is good only in the continental U.S. If not, I would use it for Mexico or possibly Portugal since I'm planning a Europe trip in the next year or so. Looking at the list, I'd love to go to NYC and stay at their Manhattan location. I haven't been there in a few years and I love going to the Big Apple. A week of great theater and great food. I've never been to South Beach Miami, so that looks enticing as well. San Diego is always a lot of fun, but I've been there a lot of times. Same with San Francisco. Maybe New Orleans. Decisions, decisions . . .
