DD724 Charming House in Venice
Hello,
This small boutique hotel in Venice would make a superb addition to the portfolio. Please consider adding it!

Re: DD724 Charming House in Venice
I got dizzy trying to view room photos on their website--worse than the adverts from Land Rover! I found it very difficult to get a true picture of the property. Considering the hotels you've raved about previously, I'm sure it's quite nice. The extremely "artistic" presentation is beyond my comprehension!!

Hi Kyshel,
Yes, their website isn't ideal -- there are some more user-friendly photos on the Mr and Mrs Smith site.
It has a lovely location and a great warm but modern look (I hate it when modern decor goes too far and becomes cold and impersonal) as well as the luxury features we've all come to prize (which are surprisingly rare in Venice). I used to think that it was a shame to go to Venice and not stay in a tradtional baroque palace, but I've come to realise that authenticity aside I really don't care for the look (and the furniture tends to be rather uncomfortable). So now the DD is perfect for me.
Cheers,
Julian
