Sea Cloud

Dr. Kboo and I took a weeklong trip on the original Sea Cloud in the Aegean Sea. It was one of the most memorable trips I have ever taken, and fits the LL profile of unique, luxury travel. The crew (~60) usually outnumber the passengers (60 max), and the interiors have been lovingly restored to near-"original" (with some modern modifications). The original cabins - this ship was E.F. Hutton's wedding present to Marjorie Meriweather Post - are simply unparalleled. We've always wanted to take another cruise with her.

I've been looking for a special cruise to treat my mum (her 65th birthday is this year) and this looks like it may be just the thing. We were looking at Seabourne and Silversea as well as Windstar but this is really unique.
