Ski packages
I'm seeing very little in the way of ski and snow sports offerings. This is the time of year when many ski vacations are booked for the winter. In particular, I would like to see some options for the Western U.S. and Canada. In past years, LL has offered great packages to Snake River Lodge, Sundance and St. Moritz. I hope that similar (and more!) packages will be offered in the future.

We, too, have had great experiences at LL properties in the West, especially Snake River Lodge in Teton Village just outside of Jackson Hole, WY. We would really like to see more possibilities for this year. Cheers...Marolyn

I too would love to see more at Snake River Lodge - hopefully it hasn't gone away like the other favorite packages Orient Express (Peru) and Morgan's Rock (Nicaragua) - those are all fantastic deals and destinations!

Definitely agreed that more ski packages would be hugely wonderful.Last year I think there were very limited very small numbers. I would also go for Ski lessons to be included as I can always use those. Any of the standard locations for world class skiing would be appreciated. And a chalet for multiple people to join would be a big plus and of great interest.

Re: Ski packages
I see a new package for St. Moritz - thanks LL! I probably won't be able to do that trip, but glad to see it. However, it's not categorized under ski and snow resorts. So I wonder if there are more "hidden" packages that are not coming up when looking under this category. I'll have to take another look.

So I am adding to this post to move it up. There are definitely some nice new postings from LL in the ski category. But can we get more!! There's a lot of restriction. Also, all of these are in the Alpes (which I should just go there) and Vermont (not great skiing, buy it's close and I may bid anyway). But how about Whistler? Taos? Colorado? I'd totally bid. Would be great if it included lift tickets and/or classes so I don't have to deal with that

Anyone else??

Re: Ski packages
Hi cruisinred, thanks for pointing these out. I had looked at them andhad tried to find out more about the Vigilius resort. It looks like an appealing property, but I have to sell the "skiing" part to my significant other. I could not find information on whether the ski area ties into the Dolomiti SuperSki area. If not, I think you'd be stuck with only the small ski area near the property. Does anyone know more about this?
I think Hotel Bellevue is near a small ski area, not exactly what we're looking for, although I'm sure the property is very nice. Again, if anyone has been there, please enlighten me.
