I had been looking at the Tampa area a few months ago. I think there were some properties in the past. Did you also look at Family Getaways?

Well, I've got a fully furnished Penthouse in Clearwater Beach, which I rent during the winter season and I might left it go for a $250 VIP Cert (since I didn't qualify this past qtr) for 2 nights.

Mountie, be careful, this could be construed as "advertising" and you should probably remove the post.
