Hey LL, we have several east coast Florida properties. How about some on the west coast of Florida?

Yes, I checked all 3 sites and there are no west coast FL properties, at least now.

Well, I've got a fully furnished Penthouse in Clearwater Beach, which I rent during the winter season and I might left it go for a $250 VIP Cert (since I didn't qualify this past qtr) for 2 nights.

Mountie, be careful, this could be construed as "advertising" and you should probably remove the post. I had a similar situation in an early post around 2008 when I stated we might have an apartment for rent in Sarasota. I was asked to remove the post by forum members and LL editor removed it.
Also, I don't think you could use somebody's VIP certificate. I don't think VIP certificates are transferable. You will have to earn the certificate. I feel for you not getting one this last quarter. Better luck next time.
