This was actually a recent question on the German TV program on "Who wants to be a Millionair?"
Of course, Wikepedia is always a good source.

I agree when recognized and quoted as such.

We watch several versions of the Millionaire show overseas--very amusing if you don't know the language. I think the funniest was French version of Who wants to marry my son? and the format was the same so I explained it to Boss while we watched. Neither of us speaks French (even tho I have limited grasp of romance languages--It wasn't necessary) Gotta love TV in foreign countries!
