I would hardly quote that website as anything of import.Just because it's on a webpage doesn't mean its accurate. Even the writer didn't have a clue what it meant. Looks like cut paste gibberish to me.

I believe you misquoted wikipedia in your PM to me about sister cites--since the source page you listed is for cities in CHINA and Bangkok is in THAILAND.
