Spain has opened the world's largest solar power station, meaning that Spain is the world leader in renewable energies. The new La Florida solar plant takes Spain's solar output to new heights and has a massive built-in battery for storing all of that heat energy. So I guess Spain it is.

L'Alfàs del Pi is a Valencian town and municipality located in the comarca of Marina Baixa, in the province of Alicante, Spain, lying at the foot of Serra de Bèrnia.
