Clue #1 - Jack Kerouac lived in this city at the time his novel On the Road was published in 1957.

Jack Kerouac lived in College Park, FL in 1957. College Park is located just outside of Orlando, FL to the west of downtown. I also recognize the pictures as being Lake Eola in downtown Orlando. Just a guess, but I think the property in this auction must be the Grand Bohemian Hotel located in you guessed it Orlando, FL.

Lookout for occasional sinkholes in this city, caused by underground limestone caverns.
