This location received the Best Island award from Travel and Leisure in 2010. This island won because of its attractive surroundings (both mountain and coastal areas), diverse tourist attractions, excellent international and local restaurants, and the friendliness of the local people.

The Galápagos Islands received the 2010 Best Island Award from Travel and Leisure, in 2009, Bali was the recipient for Best Island Award.

It seems that Bali achieved the first rank as the Best Islands in Asia Awards 2010 in the event the World's Best Awards 2010 hosted by Travel and Leisure magazine.

I agree, the Bali Starling is the bird shown in the picture of the clue.
