Habanero Peppers?

I was interested until I noticed the trip expires end of August and the day time temps average in the high 90s up to and in excess of 100, plus from now until the end of August they averages the most rainfall.

Decided not to bid on this. Nice place, but too hot and too wet for my interests.

I guess saving $50 from the normal starting auction bid on this property does represent a savings. Not a huge savings, but a savings never-the-less.
