That must be Tepoztlan, Mexico, in the Mexican state of Morelos. According to Wikipedia, it's famous for the remains of a temple built on top of the nearby Tepozteco mountain. Tepoztlán is derived from Nahuatl and means "place of abundant copper" or "place of the broken rocks."

So, based on that, I would guess that this mystery auction is Hostal de la Luz Resort in Tepoztlan!
