I sure hope that anyone who bids checks the details under "offer terms" and knows that whatever price they pay for the auction does not include the minimum $180 service charges based on published room rate. I'm not a fan of that "secretive" part of a property description.

Good find in the "terms & conditions". I typically read everything but for the mystery auctions, I wasn't as alert. Thanks for bringing this to the community's attention. I agree with you...not a fan of these "other costs".
