I am thinking maybe Colima, Mexico; high altitude and cool weather.

My guess is Rodavento, Valle de Bravo, Mexico. I think they are famous for their chocolate massages!

LL_Moderator_ks....congratulations on this one;we're stumped! We have spent time in Michoacan and very familiar with the El Rosario Monarch Reserve (we even posted some early comments on our time in time in Morelia). What ever the exact location, this entire regions of Mexico is lovely, and not overrun by tourists.

LOCATION:
Valle de Bravo, Mexico!
*(This is a town most people would not expect to see in Mexico it is more reminiscent of Switzerland, with its white stucco houses, wrought-iron balconies, red-tile roofs and flowers spilling from doorways. One of the towns main attractions is the migration of Monarch butterflies November through March where you can hike through the butterfly sanctuaries.)
