I second the vote on the buccaneer on St Croix. If it is, my guess is the room is in the main building or nearby as they usually offer mostocean view or ocean front for the auctions. Hmmm.

ST Croix is it!! More than a few times a year, there is a nocturnal festival regarded as "Jump-Up". There is also a monthly occasion called "Sunset Jazz" in Frederiksted ...
