It's someplace that charges more to go there in the summer than the winter, so that lets out the Caribbean.

This mystery auction appears to be located in Fiji. Luxury Link refers to the accommodations as bures and do they in Fiji. Now.....which island?

If you read the small print @ bottom, it says that the value of the package is less if you go in the Winter.

Here is the mention of bures:
Rates above are quoted in U.S. dollars and are for two people sharing a private bure.

That, plus the mention of a local landing strip, make my guess Fiji also.
