If the pictures are supposed to be real clues, the property must be in or very close to Venice (the gondola).

I agree that the the location is Venice, and will go as far to say that I think the property is Ca'Pisani

It is confusing, one photo is indeed of Venice, but the other is of Florence.

I have a feeling it is Florence.

It must be a typo but the Venetian Carnival dates for 08 are Feb 1-5, so I started with Venice and also agree on Ca'Pisani.

To be more specific, those particular coordinates are listed as Via Garabaldi on Google Earth. Don't know if that is important.
