This is the flag for Verona if I remember correctly. Based on that, I am guessing that the hotel is Palazzo Victoria since there are only 2 properties in Verona on LL and Palazzo Victoria has the same "blackout" dates as this offer.

The many blackout dates probably scare people away. Also, they all fall into the main summer travel period.

Why are the dates of travel June 22 - September 2 if June 22, June 23, and August 30 through September 2 are blackout dates? The dates are actually June 24 through August 29, and there are very few dates that are available. This is a very strange auction.

Hi,
What the hotel has done is to block out all weekends (Fri and Sat) during June and August. Presumably, they have enough demand for weekend travel during high season.

FYI - If you are planning to drive, parking at this property requires a reservation and is pricey.

In some ways, it's good that the property is upfront by publishing the blackout dates, rather than learning it after winning an auction. But at the same time, this will cause few people to bid.

If the remaining week days work out for someone, they will certainly get a good buy because there are few people bidding on this one.
