Just now getting acquainted with LL and I love it! Trying to do my part. I find 35 Euro/night to be quite steep for parking and thought someone planning a road trip (like myself) might want to figure that cost in.

That's highway robbery! I've paid less than that per night for a hotel room . Throw in all of the blackout dates and I don't think this auction will sell for very much.

LL bidders once again exceed any and all expectations.... This auction went from $75 to $351 with one bid...in a dollar auction! Someone must really love this property.....

Yes, I noticed the same increase from $75 to $351. .What that person does not realize is that the end of the auction is still a while away and just one Dollar will take the high bid away. The time to bid such high sums is at the end of the auction. This action spoils it for a lot of bidders to get a great deal.

Maybe this bidder is willing to eliminate others right away without messing with dollar, dollar, dollar bids. If they want this and have plans for to use it in their time frame, what does it matter how much they bid? Seriously--I still don't understand your continual criticism of other bidders. Seems to me, their intent IS to spoil it for everyone and get the auction. It's not a fairness auction, it's winner-take-all.

If someone wants the auction bad enough, the time to bid a large amount is at the end, not in the beginning. As it turns out, the early high bidder did not win the auction in the end, hence a waste of time.
