When did Luxury Link Begin?

Hi.. does anyone know when Luxury Link started? I have been perusing the website for years, but cannot really think when this site started... anyone know? I ask this because after reading many of the comments from the community, it seems that the problems people are experiencing are getting greater because of the increase in the number of packages offered and bidders. When I first starting using LL, it was easy to snag a good deal, and contact LL for help when I needed tomake changes to the purchases (ie: my mother and I purchased a package to the Park Lane in Hong Kong and we added an adjoining room for my sister at a seriously reduced price) etc... perhaps with the increase in business has not kept pace with the support staff at LL. Having said this, I still love Luxury Link and dream about all the wonderful places to go (if I won the lottery!).
