LuxuryLink is pleased to announce our 1st ever Community hosted Travel PhotoContest!


Whetheryour best travel photo is from the ruins of Machu Picchu,the top of the Eiffel Tower or the center of Times Square, the moment you capture in a photo should inspire profoundmemories that endure the test of time.


Yourtravel photos must be original works and should include either a title[/b] or a brief caption[/b]describing the location and/or content of the photo. Entries are only to besubmitted electronically. Photos submitted through the mail will NOT beaccepted. Please email your entries to: [email protected]


Prize:[/b]
3 Winners[/b] will be selected. Eachwill receive a $150 Luxury Link GiftCertificate[/b]. (Winners will not be ranked.) Top photos entered will also runin corresponding Luxury Link destination landing page slide shows.


Contestjudges consist of professional photographers and seasoned travelers from the LuxuryLink Staff. (Decisionsof the Luxury Link judges will be final.)



Rules:
-Entries must be in no later than 5:00pm PSTon October 10, 2008. Any photos entered later than 5pm on this datewill not be accepted.
-Limit of 3 photoentries per person.
-Luxury Link will acceptentries only via email ([email protected].)We will not accept photos through the mail.
- Photographs should be taken at thehighest resolution possible. Photographs must be in a .jpeg, .jpg or .gifformat. Files submitted may not be larger than 1,024k (1Mb). Scans ofnon-digital photographs are acceptable.


*An entrantmust hold all rights to a photograph. For a photo in which a person isrecognizable, you must provide a model release from the subject or, in the caseof a minor, the subject's parent or guardian. *Eachsubmitted photograph, in its entirety, must be original material taken by the contestentrant.
By entering the contest,entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted photograph isan original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does notinfringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights ofprivacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, andthat no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph.


* Thephotograph must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of Luxury Link,contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwiseobjectionable or inappropriate content.
Photographs deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.


*Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of artwill be accepted as long as they do not constitute copyright infringement orfraud. Whenphotographing the work of others, it must be as an object in its environmentand not a full-frame close up of another person's art.
