I like the new capabilities for searching. I now see that you can search a state (for example) and receive information also for adjoining states AND.....it has the approximate mileage from your search to the property recommended...VERY NICE!!! Thanks you.

where do you find that - I never knew you could search for particular auctions in a particular area

Use the little box in the upper right side of the page. It says "search." I tried "Maryland" and it shows me the mid-Atlantic area properties. Very nice.
