Just saw the listing for Barefoot Caye on Roatan, Honduras - I love Roatan and the place looks really nice. Have it saved in my favorites for future planning - already booked up for the rest of 2012 and already booked 2 weeks in March 2013 - will have to see what we can do later in 2013!
