Hi K...My luggage tag broke also. At our LL summit in Guatemala, we tried to take photos with the LL tag and ripped it in the process!! I did email LL asking for a new one...hope I get one. My luggage looks naked without it!! (though Lan Chile gave us pretty fancy tags!).

I loved putting my bag in the over head with the tag just "dangling" down. Since I get to fly most international legs in business class, I think it's great advertising. I've had a few people say they've heard of LL, so I give them the quickpitch if they haven't been to the site!
We've had quite a few crew members get into LL, too. When we stayed at the St George Residence in Budapest, we invited the crew over to the massive suite. Half of them wanted to look at the laptop and ck out LL!
