Good question. I asked Luxury Link several months ago (maybe a year) and was told that the photos would be appearing shortly. I guess everything is relative.

Yes, we did too. It's become obvious that this thread won't die! Some of us put some thought into our pix and went to some trouble to get a good pix to benefit LL & the property and we are disappointed not to see the results. I think voting on them is a bit impossible, but the promotion captured something beyond just getting a certificate. Staff claimed to like our submission, which was appreciated.

LL really should set up a place for most of the submissions to be viewed - I'll bet some of the pix would generate interest in properties and locations. They are missing a good opportunity here. On the other hand, since none or few of us have seen the pix, perhaps they are better remaining a mystery!

LL should really come out with a statement, one way or another - just hoping it will die, is not smart. IMO.

No, I did not. I got a printed letter in the mail, LL acknowledging the photos, but no certificate followed.
Can we still claim the certificates?

I didn't get mine right away, so I just sent Katie a message. She had customer service follow up and got me the code via email. I'm sure you can still get it. The certificates were good for 1 year.
