Was hoping I would see an answer to this. Never found the photos on facebook, LL site or anything. It would be fun to see the different photos submitted.

Haven't you caught on yet, that Mountie is pulling our leg again. Not only does he have black caps, but all sorts of other LL caps that no one else received.... but he/she did let on in one of the posts ..."just kidding". So I think we are safe to assume that the only caps LL distributed where the white ones.
Betstv, I haven't found any photos on facebook either, but that is probably due to the fact that I am not very facebook savey.... Hopefully, LL will get around to showing us some of the choice photos soon, I am looking forward to seeing them. Since this was billed as a photo contest, I am wondering whether or not there are any prizes attached to it?

I have this mind picture of Mountie, sitting on a long airplane journey, quite bored, and coloring away with black marker ink on the LL cap. Or playing around with PhotoShop before submitting it.

Of course then the submitted photo might be disqualified, because the 'official' cap is white, and any black or otherwise decorated caps would not be allowed in the contest. But it would sure be a lot of fun to see some colorful decorated hats!

You are right Shining Light, it would be nice to see colorful decorated hats, but unfortunately, the contest is over... maybe next time.

I remember I won a "hat" contest in Kindergarten in the 60's. Maybe we could have a LL ball cap hat contest to decorate the hats with our favorite things from foreign lands!!! WEO!
