LL Hot Deals – Revamped and Updated

Dear Luxury Link Community Members:
Luxury Link has revamped and updated the Hot Deals section.
In the past, the Hot Deal offers were arbitrary, but now we have set up some rules to better let our users discover the best travel deals as determined by other Luxury Link users.
Our users have spotted value offers, so use the link below to access these Hot Deals that other LL users have found. Or, access the Hot Deals from the upper left module on the homepage or from the drop down menus.

LL_Moderator_ks....not totally clear about the "new rules" you mentioned, but we'll continue to look at Hot Deals and see if we can figure them out.

Hmm, this is interesting. I like the fact that it is now hot deals as determined by savvy luxury travelers, not marketers.

Who are these 'savy luxury travelers'? Wonder if you have been asked by LL to cast your vote for what YOU consider to be the best 'Hot Deals'? I haven't, at least not yet. One woukd think that LL might turn to its own VIP Contributors (all of whom are seasoned travellers) for input on choosing what are 'Hot Deals' and what are not. Hmm, yes, who are they indeed?

Hmmm, that's a good point -- I haven't been asked to nominate any properties as Hot Deals yet, and it sounds like you haven't either. LL Moderators, is there somewhere we should post/PM to nominate properties as Hot Deals?

Frankly, I find the 'Hot Deals' segment on LL puzzling. Having checked all of them out now several times, and comparing them to the regular auction/Buy Now offerings, there looks to be no obvious differences. So, again, this begs the question: What makes the 'Hot Deals' special?



Speaking of 'hot', I notice on the Weather Channel that temperatures in London are moving well up and close to 20C. Must be wonderful for you Brits to enjoy such an early spring, while most of us Canadians are still shivering around 0C with ice and snow...Cheers.

I too had checked that one out at the outset, but since it didn't provide much info, I thought perhaps you were referring to a more recent 'link' from the LL Moderators (that I may not have seenbecause we were away on vacation in Cuba, where there was no Internet accrss). Thanx, but seems we're still as much in the dark as before.
