TravelerBen_ll, The Post Ranch Inn is a fabulous property and of course, Big Sur is probably one of the top destination in this part of California.....even a cool and rainy day is special. We have had the pleasure of staying at The Post Ranch and Big Sur Hotels, Lodging, Ventana Inn and Spa which is just across PCH and up on the hill side. Someone will be very, very please with their stay!

Indeed, someone will be very happy with this place. Unfortunately, it does not come with any extras, not even breakfast. I imagine the extras will set someone back quite a bit too...

LL_Travelfan...'staying there' is your main 'perk'....as I recall, there was a complimentary breakfast for guests.....and yes, it can get a bit expensive but it is a very special place.

Have never been to California and no immediate plans to go there but this place does look very nice.
