i think the mere thought of splurging on $400 for lunch on the OE is a perfect bucket list item. Too bad I'd have to fly in/out of the UK to do it...
We've actually had some good weather in early Nov--even in Prague and Budapest. Maybe it's worse in western EU? I find the 5 nt pkg a bit off-putting since it's mostly in hotels--not on board the train.

I really hope the orient express packages come back! That's a definite option for me for SE Asia next year.
