Hi LL Editor: I like this addition. It allows time to research if it is a particular property that we might be interested in. For example, this property is new for me on my personal "radar" list. I have enjoyed trying to find information on it so I can be prepared if I want to bid. Thanks for sharing this. PS- Will this be open to everyone or just bidding through the newsletter? Also, will it typically be a new property offered by LL? Thanks!

The preview auction is open to everyone. There is an option for people to signup and receive a reminder email about the auction though. Also, the PreviewAuction will not necessarily be a brand new property featured, but it will be chosenbecause it is an exciting package deal.
