This poster has purchased not one but two $1 auctions! Hopefully they will come back and let us know how they were... but from what I've heard they are both excellent resorts so I'm sure they'll have a nice time.

Well, it looks that way from the link I posted but thankfully LL isn't the CIA. Not sure why I can't cut and paste the URL, but try going to the Red Hot Auctions and $1 auctions category and click on the thread titled New Clue! 4/3/07....you can read about it there.

claassenam.....you are correct, to date, beerman2420 is the only winner (actually a double winner) of a $1.00 Auction ever to be identified.and in his case, he additionallyidentified both destinations. Maybe others will step forward in time.

I just don't understand the Monday-Thursday thing.... why does it have to be only when the offices are open? Can't you pre-post, then program them to open at a certain time??? More people shop for travel on weekends.

Nice to see an Orient-Express property back up for auction today..the Casa De Sierra Nevada in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico http://www.luxurylink.com/auctions/auc_detail.php?id=186224. This is a great deal, if someone buys it in the current bidding range......wish we had some extra holiday time to buzz to this deal!
