The Evason Hideaway (reached by van from Cam Ranh Bay airport and then a 20-minute speedboat ride)...is truly luxury in a peaceful setting. Having stayed at Ana Mandara Resort four times we thought we'd miss the friends we've made in that resort.



Staying at the 'sister property' (Evason Hideaway) was different and memorable. Each villa has a 24/7 butler (or in our case....butleress.) We lived in a two-story beach villa with direct access to the bay .... some 100 yards from the villa and just past our own private plunge pool. Each villa is equipped with bicycles for the occupants' use. Living room (on second floor) is stocked with mini-bar, wine refrigerator, espresso machine, fresh fruit, and a view to the bay. We're going back in December of 2007 and wish it were sooner!

Another vote for the Evason Hideaway in Nha Trang. My husband and I stayed there for 3 days last May...and it was not nearly enough time. I loved the pool villas directly on the beach. It was wonderful to be able to glide from private pool to beach to ocean and back. The rooms (villas) were lovely in an eco-chic kind of way and the service was delightful. We cannot wait to go back...but for longer next time.
